Where to begin?? my name is sergeant Jose Ramos, Cardine and I both went to Ft. Knox Kentucky and we immediately became close because of the fact we were the only 2 from Chicago. After my deployment overseas i had called him and he came down to my unit, (riverside), must admit it was really great to see him after so long, he told me of his health and i told him he would be alright and he agreed, few months past and i had called him and he advised me that he was in the hospital and he told me to "come through" i told him i was a little tied up and couldn't and if i had known that would be the last time I would speak to him i would have been there in a heart beat. up until recently my homie from the school of hard knox been on my mind and i decided to look up his number, and little did i know he was gone, i couldn't keep my composure because one of my close friends has left this earth. My condolences go out to his whole family

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
